Steven founded the vision that became Team LINEA and leads its integrated approach to architecture, construction, and building forensics. He is one of the first architects in North Carolina to also hold a General Contractor's license.

With more than 25 years of experience as both a licensed architect and general contractor, Steven has led projects across residential, multifamily, senior living, and mixed-use environments, seeing both how buildings are intended to perform and how they actually perform over time.
