Toby joined Steven as his first partner in 2025, bringing a field-driven perspective that anchors the firm's work in constructability, performance, and execution.
As President and leader of field operations, Toby has managed thousands of projects across residential, commercial, and high-rise environments, with deep expertise in building envelope systems, forensic investigations, and large-scale remediation.
He works directly with developers, attorneys, HOAs, and ownership groups to diagnose failures, develop scopes of work, and guide complex repair strategies, often in high-risk or litigation-driven environments.
